Notes to Our Dear Parents
Thank you for keeping your dear child in our school. Do help us to help your child study better.

The school timing for Class I–X is from 8:45 AM to 3:00 PM. For LKG & KG, from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM. Let your child be in school well before time. In case you are late, do let us know your genuine reasons so we can help you.

Your child will look smart and great if you keep him/her tidy with full school uniform. The school uniform has been accordingly designed to enable you to keep your child clean, neat and tidy.

Text books and exercise books are precious, bought by your own hard-earned money. Please ensure your child's books are well covered with brown paper and labelled neatly to prevent loss.

Please inform us of absences in advance — especially during unit tests and examinations — by telephone or letter. Try not to absent your child for trivial reasons, as it may hamper their studies and will to learn.

In case of emergency, please inform us and leave a written note after consulting us. No child will be allowed to leave school premises before time unless the responsible parent comes in person to collect them.

Check your child's school bag, books and instruments before and after school. Do not allow your child to keep anything that does not belong to them.

This is a private school. Tuition fees (for 12 months) must be paid monthly to keep your account clear and your mind at peace. Your timely payment ensures the smooth functioning of the school for all.

If you have suggestions for improvement or complaints, please visit us in person during office hours with politeness and simplicity — not by phone. We welcome your kind input.

Note: If your child cannot participate due to health reasons, a medical certificate with supporting documentation (X-ray, MRI, etc.) is required.
Student Conduct
Rules & Regulations
The following rules are taught by the class teacher, signed by both the student and teacher, and must be adhered to by all students.
1. PunctualitySchool timing: 8:40 AM to 2:30 PM. No student will be allowed to enter the school gate during Assembly — they must stand outside until Assembly is over. Strict action will be taken for students late more than 3 times in a month.
2. Official LanguageEnglish is the official language of the school. Students are forbidden to speak in any other language except when a subject is taught in that language for a specific period.
3. Uniforms
Girls: Cream shirt, green necktie, cream pullover, cow-dung colour blazer, lemon cream socks with black stripe, black school shoes, black hair-band.
Boys: Check shirt, black trousers, cream pullover, cow-dung colour blazer, lemon cream socks with black stripe, black naughty-boy shoes.
Track suit (worn on Wednesdays and Fridays): Cow-dung colour tracksuit, white T-shirt, white socks, white canvas. No sneakers allowed.
4. School DiaryThe school diary must be produced daily. It is used for absence records, letters, homework, timetables, school songs, and communication. No other writing is permitted in the diary.
5. ID CardStudents must wear their school ID card every day without exception.
6. BirthdaysA child may wear special dress on their birthday. The class teacher must arrange a birthday song and make the day special and happy for the child.

Spikey/round-cut hair (boys)

Strong drinks and drugs
Mobile phones, I-Pod, I-Phone
Knives, blades, scissors, nail cutter

Destroying school property
Ill-manners toward teachers & staff
8. Run-Away & CheatingChildren who escape school or class during school hours will be directly reported to the police. Students found cheating during exams will be made to restart — repeated cheating will result in expulsion at year end.
The above rules and regulations are taught by the class teacher and signed by both the student and teacher. It is the responsibility of the class teacher to ensure every student adheres to these rules.
